Squealing noise?

I get a squealing noise from my engine compartment when I turn-on my A/C and an occasional squeal while driving at highway speeds. The noise only happens while the A/C is on. Can someone tell me what the problem is?

sounds like when the AC is engaged the belt might be loose thus causing you to hear this squealing noise from the belts.
